Mr Bob Tan was appointed President in Mar 2010. He has served as Honorary Secretary since Mar 2006 and is currently the Captain of Sentosa Golf Club. He is also the Chairman of Jurong Engineering Ltd and the Institute of Technical Education and holds a number of board appointments in other organisations. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |

Vice President
Mr Oscar Oliveiro was appointed Vice-President in Mar 2010. He has served as Board Member since Mar 2008. He is the Captain of Orchid Country Club. He sits in the Board of Directors of many organisations and is member of the Presidential Council for Minority Rights.

Mr Andrew Kwa was appointed Honorary Secretary in Mar 2010. He is the Captain and General Committee Member of the National Service Resort & Country Club. He is COO of MDR Ltd.

Honarary Treasurer
Mr Willie Cheng was re-appointed Honorary Treasurer in Mar 2010. He has served as Hon Treasurer from 2006 to 2008 and Board Member from 2008 to 2010. He is currently a director of several commercial and nonprofit organizations. He was formerly Managing Director of Accenture in Singapore. He is a fellow of the Institute of CPA Singapore, Singapore Institute of Directors and Singaore Computer Society.

Mr Goh Hup Chor was appointed Board Member in Mar 2010 after stepping down as Vice-President, an appointment he held from 2006 to 2010. He is the Captain of Tanah Merah Country Club. He was formerly the Vice-President of TMCC, the Deputy Chief Planner URA and a director of RSP.
