The SGA has sanctioned the MercedesTrophy Medal 2010 under Rule 4-2g of the Rules of Amateur Status.  This allows golfers to accept expenses associated with participating in this tournament. 

The MercedesTrophy Medal comprises four stages of play:

• Stage 1    :    Qualifying Rounds (Clubs' Monthly Medals)
• Stage 2    :    Singapore Country Final at Orchid Country Club ( 4 Jun 2010)
• Stage 3    :    Asian Final at Queensland Australia (18 - 20 Aug 2010)
• Stage 4    :    World Final at Stuttgart Germany (23 - 28 Sep 2010)

Those who are interested to participate are advised to check with their respective clubs for more details on the qualifying rounds.
