2018 is a big year for Sentosa Golf Club as the club will be hosting 4 major games in Singapore.

  • SMBC Singapore Open 2018 (18th to 21st Jan) – Serapong Course
  • Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Championship (21st to 24th Feb) – Tanjong Course
  • HSBC Women’s World Championship (1st to 4th Mar) – Tanjong Course
  • Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship (4th to 7th Oct) – Tanjong Course

Like many golf clubs in Singapore, Sentosa Golf Club has been magnanimous in allowing our National Golfers to practice on the respective courses prior to the actual tournaments. The opportunity given has helped our golfers to familiarise themselves with the course. It is of tremendous advantage for our national golfers to work on their course tactics and at the same time get used to the speed of the greens.

Both the Serapong and Tanjong courses have got their unique course layout and can play very differently when the wind conditions change. As Singapore plays host to all the major events for the year, SGA together with Sentosa Golf Club’s unconditional support aims to make a breakthrough in the local golf scene.

Following our recent success at the 2017 SEA Games, we aim to crown a Singaporean winner. Success at any of these events will open the doors for the winner to compete in golf’s most coveted Majors.

Take down these dates and let’s show our support for all our National Golfers. Be it Junior, Amateur or Professional National Golfers. Together we cheer, Majulah Singapura!
